Reliance Mart — Reconnect washing machine- inferior quality of bearing of moving mechanism

I purchased Reconnect washing machine on 26-Aug-12. Just after 24 months, it has started making noise. I registered the complaint at ResQ, Ahmedabad. They informed that, main part of the machine (moving mechanism) is failed and needs to be replaced. When I was about to purchase the machine, Reconnect sale persons were telling me that, these machines are very sturdy and would work for at least five years. But it's main part, heart of the machine has failed within 24 months. There is problem in the bearing of the mechanism. Failure of bearing in such a short span is surprising and it indicates about inferior quality of bearing. Reliance has earned profit by selling inferior quality of machine, And now ResQ persons wants to make further profit by selling another moving mechanism. This is nothing but cheating.
