Sir, i used reliance cdma number [protected] .twenty days before without any further information my sim has stop working.when i approach to reliance care to resolve my problem, they said that "the cdma network of reliance is permanently close in your area you have to switch you mobile no cdma to gsm network. they asked me to submit one passport size photo and a photocopy of your address and identity proof document same day i have submitted all document they required .till after 10 day my number was not activated by reliance care shop executive .then again I went to the reliance care shop they said that due to human error your documents for mnp are lost., kindly again submit your document, .same time i submit. Now after one week my mnp was not done . kindly help me Was this information helpful? | |||
