[Resolved] Reliance Netconnect — 4G Service | |||||
I have been using 3g 40gb plan and i was asked to upgrade it to 4g and they have mentioned that the same plan will continue. I have upgraded it and i bought a 4g dongle as well. Now the reliance have changed my existing 40gb plan to 5gb plan. Its a fraud service. They are cheating their customers. I'm very disappointed with this service, i prefer not use any reliance services from now onwards. I have already spent rs.1800 for the 3g dongle and 4g dongle, it is of no use. Yea they said same plan continues before buying wipod... now they say that it will get 4G 5GB plan...Its a fraud...We would've been happy if the old 3G with same plan continued without this new 4G fraud..

Exactly right they changed the plan.
They didn't even notified me about the change of plan and now the dongle is not working.
