[Resolved]  Reliance Netconnect — Bill getting generated and getting legal notice

Reliance upgraded there netconnect postpaid service to 4G and switched me to 4G without my consent. They discontinued my service and also generated bill for the period where i didn't use their service.

I raised complain for bill generated and for disconnection of my service. The bill was reverted and i my connection was terminated on Sep 23. Please note i was not using their service since August it was not available in CDMA dongle.

Now i got bill for Sep and on calling their Customer Care, they are not able to check the details as my details are removed because i requested for service cancellation.

They asked me to pay the bill. Now i got legal notice from Reliance to pay the outstanding Amount.

My Question to Reliance - How stupid you people act - when I raised my concern for the First bill you cancelled my bill for that period and accepted that i didn't use the service. then how come you generate bill for the next month?

And your smartness - you discontinue the service but you don't deactivate the no. what is the use of having a Netconnect no which is not having any service? apart from generating bill for every month?

And on top of that you send some legal notice?

I want an answer to all these questions and you not an amateur startup that don't understand these things. This is very clear from all the complains that you are doing all these willingly just to make profit.

My experience with Reliance NetConnect Plus postpaid was very bad and if anyone asks me whether they should go for Reliance I will say NO.
