[Resolved] Reliance Netconnect — Billing issue | |||
Hi Team, My reliance data card no is [protected]. I lost my data card and I'm not using it anymore. I've raised a disconnection request in the month of Apr'15 and I've paid all the due amount at that time, even after I didn't use the data card for 6 months (you can check my data for your reference). But the request continued till this month and they have charged me for all the months since Apr'15 which is not fair. I've no dongle with me anymore, so there is no data used by me then how come they go ahead and charge me for all the months. There is no response from the customer care team on my request even after several remainders and now they have raised Demand form on my name. Please justify this resolution given by your team in terms of customer service. This absolutely not my miss as your concerned team delayed on my request[protected] and dragged till date. No one is trying to reach me on my phone numbers regarding this issue. My Primary no - [protected] and alt no is [protected]. The same has been mentioned in my mail trail with reliance but there is no response. Customer service team itself is not working on my issue and if again you forward my case to the same department then the issue will remains the same without any resolution.
