Reliance Netconnect — Complain aginst reliance wi-pod connection worked very slow | |||
Hello Sir, Please be inform you that, I have bought Reliance Wi POD production through Agent Satish Shete (91-[protected]) his Manager name is Rajeev Gupta[protected] of on 18th May 2015. MDN No is [protected] and RSN no is RHRHSCOD1069706. After activated connection, I did not get any consistent connectivity as mentioned in broacher and committed by agent. I have complained to customer care on 20th may 2015 and complain no is[protected]. Till date, I did not get any positive response from their service center or any technical team. Same way I had done multiple complaint after that I had discontinue service but they did't it and send request for payment without resolve issue and harnessing me. Hi Consumer Team,
Till date not resolved my issue and they are not ready to refund my amount against their poor service. I have lost my business because of the poor service.
They are not ready to my refund amount but Harassing me for unwanted pending amount taking legal action against me.
I am not capable to take legal action against him Pl help me here.
For refund amount . If you need I will produce my mail communication which I have done in past with detail.
