My Reliance netconnect CDMA dongle is [protected]. After calling at the customer care no.[protected] on 26/05/2016 at around 8:00 pm from my mobile no. [protected], I was informed about the available packs by the customer care representative Mr. Shivankar (i dont remember the name exactly). I wanted to recharge for 4GB pack, so he suggested me pack of Rs. 797/- for 4.5 GB. I asked, "if i can use my dongle even in Delhi?" to which he said that use 1X mode to use in Delhi. Based on this conversation, I recharged online through http://myservices.relianceada.com/ on 26/05/2016 at around 8:15 pm. But was unable connect my dongle even once after the recharge was done.
Next day i.e.27/05/2016 at around 10:45 am I called[protected] again and was informed by some other customer care representative that CDMA services are no longer available for Maharashtra and Delhi region and need to upgrade my dongle to 4G.
I am not sure whether i was misled or deliberately denied true information from Reliance. But this is fault on Reliance's part and I want my hard earned money Rs. 797/- to be refunded ASAP in my account.
