[Resolved] Reliance Netconnect — Data card not working | |||||
Sir/ Madam I am having exams now and i have to study with elearning mode. I am facing problems with reliance data card from Sunday 21/02/2016 . Whenever i Connected data card to my PC/Laptop, I get error message "The Remote Server did not respond..." with hybrid mode. The signals are not seen. I had lodged a complaint with the toll free no[protected] at 8 PM Morning for which i had got compliant id[protected] raised I had got a response saying that the problem is due to chennai people or stuff, existing all over India, and will be resolved asap or within 48 hrs. Till now, i am not getting the problem solved. This is happening for me for the 2nd time period. Kindly Look into the matter at the earliest.
