Reliance India, Karnataka Consumer complaints and reviews about Reliance Suma P Kulkarni Mar 4, 2016 Data card Not working from past 12 days I had complained about my plight with reliance customer service(very hopeless) in a website consumer complaints.in like this ... "Sir/ Madam I am having exams now and i have to study with elearning mode. I am facing problems with reliance data card from Sunday 21/02/2016 . Whenever i Connected data card to my PC/Laptop, I get error message "The Remote Server did not respond..." with hybrid mode. The signals are not seen. I had lodged a complaint with the toll free no[protected] at 8 PM Morning for which i had got compliant id[protected] raised I had got a response saying that the problem is due to chennai people or stuff, existing all over India, and will be resolved asap or within 48 hrs. Till now, i am not getting the problem solved. This is happening for me for the 2nd time period. Kindly Look into the matter at the earliest. Ph No: [protected] Data Card no: [protected]" Everyday since then, I am getting calls from no [protected] and another with a response, mam sorry for the inconvenience, wait for another 24 hrs and all.. Today is 4th feb. i have to wait for 24 hrs for what purpose, to get the problem resolved or keep myself shutting my mouth? I no longer needed internet usage, So I request you for disconnection. Please respond as soon as possible. I have never seen such a worst customer care in my lifetime..when am speaking with customer-care at the time of asking to raise a request for deactivation they are acting very smart and disconnecting the call in middle.This is not first time am facing the problem..this is a regular activity from customer care end. I have taken a strong decision not to use this service anymore in my life..because the service is worst. If in case I need any service I will prefer only those who provide customer service properly on time. If this matter is not taken seriously, i would like to escalate this matter to higher ups(even Mr. Ambani Sir) about this downgraded service. Thanks Was this information helpful? | |||||
