I was using a data card ([protected]) for the past 2 years. Now 4g start price increase in plan, so am not using the data card. I informed customer care to de-activate my data card no : [protected] i requested in july 2016 before generate july 2016 new bill, they said as it will be deactivate in 7 days. So i paid current balance and waiting for confirmation. Till now its not de-activeted, am following reliance customer care for last 2 month, everyone telling as as, sorry, they escalating my request, but there is no process.
Now they asking bill amount for last 2 month, even am not using for last 2 month, they confirm that there is no data usage. But said me to pay 2 month due amount rs. 2000 i am already disconnect connection then why pay this amount to without any use?

The reliance legal office (Pune) daily call, massage and email from sep, oct, nov 2016 and said to pay amount... Rs. 2000 i am totally go in stress
