Reliance Netconnect+ — Double payment | |||
Hi I tried to make a payment for my reliance data card no: [protected] using my syndicate bank account through paytm.com for the amount 449 on 27/5/2015, I tried it for three times when the processing fails, I paid the amount 797.0 in reliance website. Following is the transaction details Receipt no: AMIR70400977, Transaction reference no: 86242041. When the payment is made the validity for one month is added into the account ie until 27/05/2015. Later on, to my surprise the payment from paytm.com account is also deduced, following is the transaction details; Transaction No 5D0DA16B18E36787. Now suddenly the validity is only for 15 days that is to11/05/2015. I request you to either revert any of the transactions or update the validity period as 45 days Thanks Udhayan.
