It's been a terrible experience with Reliance Netconnect now. Suddenly my balance thrown to 0 before end validity of prepaid recharge of 28 days. I am sure it was error from Reliance end. Reliance then asked to recharge immediately to get access. I done accordingly. Now it is showing recharge FAILED without any reasons. I selected plan from Online Recharge option page which I always do.
Now reliance are saying balance is 0 and after completing you are saying we cannot process. Then what should we do. My internet is down since last 3 days now and still not get resolution to my problem.
This is harassment to customers. They initially made balance 0 as I used only 7-8 GB of 15. They made it 0 before validity expires. Then asked to recharge ad now recharge is also shown FAILD and now asking to wait for 24 hours. What sheet is it?
