[Resolved] Reliance Netconnect — Excess bill after deactivation request | |||||
The device will not even able to connect in the center of cities like chennai - pallavaram, guindy, omr, madurai - arappalayam, bypass road. From mar-15, it was very poor (Not able to download or connect), i have raised complaint on march 2015 (Complaint no:[protected] and advised to close the data card. But they have raised a complaint for the connectivity issue and i was a following it up 6 months. At the end i got frustrated and requested to close the connection by sep-oct. Again they have not even closed the connection, after 6 months, now (April 2016) there was for pending bill amount. I was explaining everything. But they are aggressively threatening me to pay the unwanted excess bill amount. Complaint raised from march 2015 (Unable to connect) —[protected],[protected],[protected] 1) why the customer blocking complaints are not handled for 6 months? I paid my money (6000rs) for the unfair service. 2) why the cancellation request not handled (Sep, oct’15)? Do i need to bear the excess bill Resolution: 1) refund the paid money for the unfair service provided (From march). 2) clear the excess bill.
