[Resolved] Reliance Netconnect — Generation of bills even after request to cancel the connection and threats to go legal | |||
We had got a reliance data connect no. [protected] for internet. But, past 3-4 months, the net connect dongle is not working, hence, we called the reliance customer care to disconnect the number. But the number was not disconnected with regular bills were generated monthly. even after repeated calls to customer care it was not disconnected. Also our email to reliance customer care were bounced. It can be checked that we have not used the data card since long and the present amount claimed by reliance exceeds even our credit limit. Now, we have been getting repeated mails, messages and threat to go legal if no payment is made. We are attaching the recent mails we sent to reliance on this issue but no revert. I disconnected my netconnect+ service numbered [protected] on the 30th of july 2014 and made a full payment of Rs 1610 to get it disconnected. But then I again received a bill of Rs 510. I e-mailed your customer care but received no response. I keep getting reminders for this amount which I am not liable to pay since I got my service disconnected. I tried logging in my rcom.in account but it does not recognize my account anymore hence I cannot login online. I am currently in US and will be here for about 4 years so there is no way that I can go and talk to your customer care either on phone or in person. Kindly look into the matter and resolve it as soon as possible.
