I am a consumer of Reliance Pro 3 dongle In the offer details they are providing 999 20gb+unlimited.but in the case of every consumer there is no UNLIMITED PLAN FOR RELIANCE PRO 3 When am using internet after 20 gb SPEED WILL GET LOW, THAT'S OKAY, after 20GB i can use the 144kbps a small amout of time about 2500 units, but after that they are only providing 2500 UNITS, If they are providing unlimited plan why 2500units .for my issue I recharged for 999, 797, 699 for data offer same like I can't use data for unlimited, In Reliance any terms&conditions they are not mentionin 2500 units is unlimited, For customer if they telling unlimited they should provide the unlimited data, my DATA CARD NO IS [protected], &I Raised complaint customer care service request no is SR[protected], I hope Indian consumers get cheated by reliance pro 3, and eve worst every customer in it, Hoping Indian consumer court will have the rightful&correct solution to be provide to all Indian consumers Was this information helpful? | |||||
