Reliance Netconnect — no signal and speed slow | |||
I had a problem of no signal & slow speed. I have lodged three complaints vide id no.:- [protected] dated 18/03/2015, [protected] dated 20/04/2015 and [protected] dated 21/04/2015. In mean time I have connected with reliance customer care executive id no.:- 24/03/2015:- [protected], 25/03/2015:- [protected], 30/03/2015:- [protected], 02/04/2015-: [protected], 23/04/2015:- [protected], 26/04/205:[protected] but my problem still continued. please help me. Dear Sir,
after lodging the complain on your portal I have received the token number 2579929 from reliance customer care service. They assured me that my problem would have been resolved in 3 days. But still I am suffering from these problem.If they don't able to resolve the my problem I' ll surrender the connection and will go to another service provider.
