I have recharged for 1599 rs 18gb plan. My speed is 3.1 mbps but iam getting only 230kbps. Very very worst performance. Peed is very very poor. I never face this kind of issue. I am postpaid customer of reliance from 1 year. If I use data more than my plan limit they may bill excess. If i don't use they may say, your free data validity expired. What do I do? where do I contact?
