[Resolved] Reliance Netconnect — Reliance Netconnect wrong plan wrong Bill | |||
I am a reliance netconnect user no.[protected] The plan on my no. is 999 Unlimited But these guys have wrongly put plan of some limited 40GB. ( The bill they send is according to unlimited tariff but in actual my speed get downgraded to 312 kbps from 3.1 mbps after 40GB consumption. I have made frequent complaints to their customer care but their inefficiency is indeed a concern. I am planning to shift to a better datacard service provider or any local broadband provider.
