[Resolved] Reliance Netconnect — Slow Internet Connection, 14.7 Mbps promised, providing 14.7 Kbps | |||
I bought reliance pro 3 dongle a week back ( june, 20 ) because I was promised a speed of 14.7 Mbps ( max ) and a min speed of 4mbps.. but according to the current scenario, I'm getting a speed of 0- 15 Kbps. The dongle was sold by Mr. Ambuj ( contact no. [protected]) I complained the customer care a number of times but no action has been taken. I request the company to provide me a respectable speed or I'm willing to return their dongle, and the refund of Rs. 1299 should be provided .
