[Resolved] Reliance Netconnect — Unethical Bill generation | |||||
Hi Team, My data card number is [protected] I am reliance netconnect customer for past 4 years. I had got a bill amount of 4332 for last month.I had used only 4 days the connection last month and after that it got bared.when i am asked the customer care they told me it is a problem of bill generation and the amount will get weaved.Today i got a call and they told me to pay 2242 rs as bill and i had paid the amount. I have so many times requested to terminate the connection and it is not terminated yet.So kindly help me to terminate the connection as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||||
