[Resolved] Reliance Netconnect — Worst customer care executives and high bills | |||||
I was getting more than enough calls from reliance as I somehow wasn't able to pay my bill as I was out of station . And these people from reliance just called me every single hour as to pay my bill. I mentioned to them that I will pay it when I reach my home And today when I was busy somewhere, they called on my no. In a row every single minute and when I picked up their call, the girl on the phone named NEHA calling from +[protected] at 3:17 pm screamed on me some seriously mannerless way. My only fault was that I wasn't able to talk to her and said that call me after some time and I will pay whatever amount it is, it's my problem and we said that you don't have a status to pay yr bills and slammed the phone And my bill plan is maximum 700 but that bill was made of 900 !! Why 200 extra ???? And this is when I even haven't used my dongle so much This is a seriously mannerless way of treating with customers, even when I was just saying that i can't talk now !!! This is their standard of conversation with their customers ???? Please act swiftly because this isn't a good thing for people. People like this girl NEHA that executive are seriously very dumb and ill- mannered how come they are at that customer care centre ?
