Reliance — New Postpaid Connection

hi, i got a call from this to number [protected], [protected]. and one on this call from calling from office and asking to get a new connection of reliance card with new plaind and good . so i said ok i will and next day a guy coming from company to give me new connection of reliance card and i give him 300rs as card cost and he said the connection will be active in 48. hours but now almost 3 days gone not activtion and even the numbers of that company is switch off so thats why i am complaining aganist that number to reliance . and i attched the receipt o recivied.
