Hi Still no network. Please call me at [protected] after 7:00 pm or call [protected]. You can also send SMS at above mentioned numbers. I tried to call customer service team there is no one to pick my call. Even if they pick they put me on hold and no response at all. once I had to wait on call for more than 30mins as the call was on hold. Never did I received any call back except for once telling we will check on the issue but no reply. if I am not available to pick the call they can send me a text msg. Why can't the customer service rep inform me that they tried to contact me. they don't provide status on complain when I call. I should always start from the beginning still no issue or update.
its already 14days, I have 34GB unlimited data left on my data card. Please extend my validity for lost days and fix the issue at the earliest. I would be happy atleast if you give a proper response and update me on the status. Always its me who make a call and no proper response.
If you are not able to troubleshoot the issue and fix it. If reliance is not able to Fix. within 1 day Kindly refund my money back Rs 1998/- I paid to recharge both the month June and July. Hope I get a reply at the earliest. Thanks
