[Resolved] Reliance — Not giving my money of recharge | |||||
I recharged on 12 Feb 2016 to my reliance number [protected] of rupees 295, but recharge didn't happen then I recharged again of same amount again and again didn't get any recharge. I asked from customer care, first time said " there is no information about any recharge" then after 10 days the said "recharge is successfully" but I didn't get either any confirmation message. Then they said two time to do recharge of Rs 10, I did both time but nothing happened even this ₹10 recharge. Now its 3 month is going to complete but they did nothing. Now they don't responding to my mail and sim is also not working. Was this information helpful? | |||||
