I'm using Reliance postpaid connection since last 7 months, but I have been facing network issues since last 3 months. I paid around INR1, 700 for the last three months without using complete network service because 90% of the time there is no networ. I raised many complaints with customer care and I was told that the 'Network issue will be there because Reliance 4G launching is in process'. It has been three months over and no progress. I fed up with the service and I decided to switch from the service from Reliance.
Then I sent request for porting code for atleast 20 times. Its been 7 days since I've been trying to get my porting code for reliance gsm number. I have sent 20 messages so far, which got delivered and I was charged normal sms charges for the same. The message I sent to 1900 was PORT
None of the customer care agents are answering my concern when I call the customer care number which sucks and has made me firm on my decision to switch from reliance.
I hope someone helps me get this matter sorted.
