But I did not get this on purchase of materials. The staff at the supermarket are just avoiding me telling me many excuses. These points are not credited to my new card cited above. Hence make arrangements either to give discount at the purchase cash counter, or transfer this amount to my new card. Many times I approached your staff without any use. Do the needful at your earliest. You can make the old card invalid after transferring above amount to my new account.
