I have visited Reliance petrol pump Kalpetta branch. in Wayanad Kerala on 9th around 10pm.. This pump located near to Royal Enfield showroom in Kalpetta town.. The pump manager refuses me and my family to use their toilet facility.. Reason was no water available there.. It's very disappointed experience from such a premium petrol pump.. Reliance have a look in to this and solve the issue.. I had refuel my car for 3000 rs and unable to use...

One of the staff member guide us to place the car at the nozzle for refueling the car.
But the operator of station behaved rudely saying we have parked the car wrongly even the staff has guide us then also.
The operator heated up and started speaking abusing words in front of the family members.

I have visited the Reliance Petrol pump karanja lad in last 4 months 7 times always the excuse which is given to me is card machine not present as our bank account transfer process going on and this also they intimate the consumer after the petrol is filled. What if the customer is not holding cash or what if the UPI is not working ?
If there bank account is getting transferred since last 4 months how are they able to accept payment...

I instructed the person to fill the tank for first autocut.
My vehicle already indicated one pointer means 5+ litres of petrol existing.
He filled the tank with 41.27litres while the vehicle maximum fuel capacity is 40 litres.
Vehicle is Renault kiger cvt turbo. UP92AH2960.
This means almost 47+ litres of fuel capacity.
I need clarification for this also need to be compensated fairly for the same.
