Hi I just got my number ported to reliance under 599.i had received a call from reliance customer care the guy other side told me that reliance is providing me a plan RGjalsa 599 and after thats moneth i had paid 189 ruppes then sudddnly my bill have come again 1400 something. and i have already called up to customr care he told me thats my plan is same but isn, t unlimted and then i have call to my retailer wer i pickup my seem card. but she is didnt recived my call.and her number is (+[protected] then after thats i have install insta app.and i had activate long distance call then it will start working, but again he closed my plan.. Hey my name is Waqar Ahmed and i am from kollata my prepaid reliance smart number is [protected] my email id is [protected]@gmail.com.i am using this number from 1 uear i bought this numner as a postpaid connection i used it 4 month afyer 4 months i have ported it to prepaid reliance smart from the reliance store in kolkata. But now after one year i want to port my this number to jio but when i am requesting for port i unable to get port number.regarding this topic i called to customer care, they said me that the number is showing till now postpaid connection but how can this possible i am using it from the 6 month as a prepaid. Plz help me i want help i want port number plz contact with me my another number is [protected]

Reliance Communications — Inadequate speed in Wi POD
This is the 4th time i'm writing this an still there is no resolution to it. I don't know what to do. I think i will keep writing unless it is not rectified.Also, the network keeps getting disconnected every now and then.
This happens everyday.
