Reliance Postpaid — Network issues, no response from support | |||
I am using Reliance for the past 6-8 years and i had no issues while using CDMA, but now i have changed to GSM so that i can use it with Blackberry passport, since the beginning of my GSM usage i keep getting random network blackouts and issues in receiving incoming calls, i have raised a complaint regarding this to Reliance and they promised me that the problem would be taken into consideration and resolved in within the next 3 days, during which they said i would receive a confirmation message or call from Reliance addressing the solution to the current problem, i patiently waited for 4 days missing all my important calls, and i go to the customer care center and they tell nothing can be done from our side, the issue has been booked and complaint has been raised, rest is in the hands of the higher ups, i told them if the problem is not solved by tomorrow i would do a number portability to other network provider and they said its ok sir, if you want to discontinue, or do a portability we are ok with it! Which customer care executive would ever say that to a long time user? I'm offended and upset with the attitude and the way the issue is handled, had loads of trust and respect on Reliance and now its starting to fade off Was this information helpful? | |||
