[Resolved] Reliance Postpaid — paid reliance June month bill before due date but late penalty charged | |||
Dear team, Myself Dwarka Prasad Malviya I am using reliance sim mobile no. [protected]. Last month I have paid my bill on 25 June 2014 at Jabalpur, for which I am having receipt no. MPCG/CIRCLE/14-15A /635267. Now when I called to customer care regarding the same matter they said where you have paid the bill he had punch entry on 2 July 2014. But that was not my fault Last but not least when I went to ujjain reliance office, I had shown receipt to him & escalate my problem but they replied we can't help you. Is this a working process of reliance communication? Request you to please take it serious & solve my problem. now I am fed up with the services & charges. kindly waived of my late penalty fees & revert on my mail I'd - [protected]@gmail.com Was this information helpful? | |||
