[Resolved] Reliance Postpaid — plan and billing matter | |||
I Anupam vishwakarma, Jabalpur your subscriber no. [protected] For more than 5 yrs. Has plan of rs.99 and rs. 99 For reliance to reliance. But plan has been changee from company end without customer consent. So I changed the plan in Feb rs. 299 For 750 min. and reliance to reliance at mobile store, Madan Mahal, Jabalpur but company was failed to changed the plan with immediate effect. In addition to it company charged rs.299 for plan and rs.199 for reliance to reliance pack both in the bill for 3 months.and company executive said plan was effected from 20 april. In this episode I am innocent and paying the bill every months without fail. So I have utmost request you, please waive my bill for 3 months which is over charged or double charged by company end.
