Hi all,

Please check the email chains with reliance. After all this and giving proof that i have cancelled data cards and quality was bad. The representatives accepted that they will close the billing issue. They also took back the data cards stating it is company policy. They did not want me to have access to them as i could have proved how bad they were working. After confirming to me that no dues are pending and returning the data cards closes the issue. They have sent me this pre litigation notice.

We have 7 wi-pod cards with reliance. We are facing issues with data speeds and consistency of connections. We have tried to lodge a complaint with customer care on the phone. They have refused to accept the complaint. Please consider this as a written complaint and request action immediately. If the issues are not resolved in timely manner we will have to look for other options.

We still have no updates and the internet connection is still very bad. Can we assume that you are not able to solve the issues. It has been close to 1 month since we have raised this issue. I would want a refund for this one month or i will have to take the issue to consumer court.

We have deactivated this on the 20th of october. Please find the email trail. We will not pay any charges that are billed afterwards as agreed in the email. Please stop sending bills in the future.

I have already discontinued the service. I have emails regarding the close of service. I still keep getting bills. Please check with the other teams. This is not an active account. I have paid all bills up to date and have an email also.
