[Resolved]  Reliance Prepaid — Deducted rs 140 balance without any reason

My mobile number is [protected] reliance gsm I had a net balance of 140 rs last night. Today when i woke and tried to make a call i was surprised to see nil balance in my account. i tried calling customare and they didn't respond well and said that they cannot refund without any reason
