Reliance — Reckless of customer care service

My complaint id is 1314795 .My complaint is not resolved but status displays that complaint is marked as resolved. In the morning i recieve a call from this no.[protected], but they tell no deducation is made but i face deducation .They cut my call while i talk to him.I rqst reliance higher authority to look into the matter and i want to tell u you that your customer care is harassing the customers so your customers divert to oyher operators.There is prblm in the reliance database and they harassing the customer. I rqst consumer forum to take strict action against the Reliance telecommunication.I was harassed from reliance communication.
