[Resolved] Reliance — Regarding balance deduction | |||||
My mobile numb is [protected], in one day i have recieved 4-5 msgs that says "amount charged for VAS techzone vp su Rs 5".after that i wrote an msg "STOP" to 155223 to deactivate any active service and in reply i got a msg that there is no VAS active on ur phone Now my 25-30 rs has been deducted till now. Oct 31, 2015 Complaint marked as Resolved they jst gave the deducted balance back and some msgs came from reliance customercare which shows amount of balance repaid Reliance Communications customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
