[Resolved] Reliance — Regarding fooling me

I have done my recharge for reliance 93rs for internet pack and i have not yet received my net.When asked about this to customer care, they say you will not get this recharge and your money will not be given.This is a case of pure fooling bussiness.It clearly states that you dont care for your customer care.Please I request you to give my hard earned money as soon as possible.
