[Resolved] Reliance — Reliance 3 dongle | |||
I bought RELIANCE 3 (normal dongle) [donle number:-[protected] CONTACT NUMBER_[protected]] on 23sep...but my service deactivated on 30sep...customer care executive told me to resubmit my documents again... I submitted proof on same day...store executive told that my service will be activated on evening...from 30 sep im visting daily to reliance store but he just ignoring me and telling lies...is this the happy service you provide to us :/ :( From past 4 days im not getting my net service active... My bill generation date is 5th oct how could pay bill without using it...when i complainted customer service says that my service is active... If really my proofs were FAKE why you guys activated dongle for just one week??? For getting bills huh???...so i decided to deactivate my dongle and get rid of this problem I hope you understood my problem Please provide me a solution As soon as possible Was this information helpful? | |||
