[Resolved]  Reliance — Reliance Cheats the Modem customers

1) I have purchased your Modem No : [protected]. I paid Rs 1, 100 2) I have installed it in my Lap Top. I click "connect" in the Start Panel 3) I click on "Settings" to find my date of recharge. 4) It gives a menu with 2 options. "Network" and "Update" 5) Both are not showing the date for recharge. 6) I have bought the modem some months back in Alwarkurichi, Amabsamudram Taluk, Tirunelveli district. (From Satish Mobile, a good servicing agent). In between I paid around Rs 600 for keeping it alive. 7) I am not able to use it till now. It is a dead Modem. I have lost Rs 1, 100+600 = Rs 1, 700. 8) The dealer is not able to solve my problem. 9) Reliance customer care and service is lethargic and do not make my modem work and show the renewal date. 10) It is a shame for Reliance to be in the internet market. 11) Reliance is cheating the customers. 12) Please pay back my Rs 1, 700 immediately. 13) I am recording it in Consumer complaints in the Internet.
