Respected sir
This is to inform you that i am your esteemed customer holding two numbers ([protected] for mobile and [protected] for dongle). For nearly 1 year. Currently i have faced many difficulties in terms of your network related, customer service agents, and their disconnecting call more than two times, and bill related issues for my dongle connection.
Your dongle net speed is very good as a reasult of which i am using the connection, but from past month onwards i have faced may network issues, which is still unresolved and a reasult of which i am not able to use my dongle despite of giving monthly payment on time.
I have called your customercare number more than 10 times but being able to talk with ur representative only three times where the first call got disconnected due to call drop issue and further that two of my calls where disconnected from your end as i have heard there pick up noise.
From the past two months i am getting my bill on 20th to 23 rd of every month, where the due date of providing the payment is only for two dates, reasulting which i have to pay 100 rupees extra for late payment of bill.
The bill i have received is not the original bill when your representative calls for giving payment intimation. I have told them two times i have told for changing a bill cycle and they said that they are raising a request for that but i have not received and complain number or docket no.
From past 7 days i an not able to use my dongle net connection as it is getting disconnected every time. One day your representative call me to upgrade my connecting for 4 g and also said that she is sending a new sim which will be delivered within 7 days, but more than 1 month has crossed.
Sir this is my last request for any help from your side as i am disgusted with your service reasulting no options to leave my two postpaid connection.
