[Resolved] Reliance — Reliance - False Billing | |||
Hello, I got 2 postpaid connection from Reliance and while giving the connection they told 250 MB 2G data free, but from first month billing they started to charge for data usage. The guy who gave me connection "Janarthanan.[protected]@relianceada.com" is not responding to me and its useless to go to him because he don't bother anymore he sold the connection by telling lies. ****://i58.tinypic.com/15qxemv.png [B]Connection is sold by:[/B]Mobile number :[protected] EMail id :Janarthanan.[protected]@relianceada.com Complaint number :[protected] complaint taken by bharathi from customer care After 20days i called customer care they told they closed the case because my number was not reachable when they tried calling me.I have sent several emails to below mail address everything useless i don't even get automated reply . I have also recorded the voice while they agree saying they provided 250 MB data usage. I will definitely sue them for providing false information and not providing proper customer support.
