Reliance Resq — Repairing of defective led tv panel | |||||
Such a bad service.. Its been almost 2 months i am following up with reliance resq team to get repaired my led panasonic tv which have the relaince resq insurance till 2018. After a long follow up, they have arranged an panasonic engineer to visit my home, they took the tv panel, and now it almost a month i am following up with both the teams, panasonic and reliance resq for an update. Eeach time when i call, panasonic guys tell they have sent the quotation and waiting for reliance resq's approval, and reliance resq team will say they have already sent the approval. I have shared their numbers and asked them to get in touch and get the approval soon, but still same story. I really do not kknow what to do in this situation, to whom i can escalate? There are no proper follow up from reliance resq team, everytime i have to call them and ask what is the latest update, that time they will remember they have a customer like this. Really do not know how they are gettiong paid without doing anything!!! I have the quotation details copy which panasonic guys sent to reliance resq.
