Reliance Retail — Inferior Quality Beats Headphones Sold | |||
I bought Beats Studio Red Headphones from Reliance Retail Ltd. outlet in Infinity Mall, Malad West. Mumbai - 400064. I bought these headphones in February 2015 for INR 18, 000/-(INR 17, 999/- to be precise). In a month's time however; the colour of the headphones started peeling off. I approached Reliance Retail outlet however; they refused to accept any liability and asked us to approach apple service center. On approaching apple global customer care; I was told that they don't recognize Reliance Retail as their authorized reseller. I have logged complaint on reliance retail website on 11.06.2015 however; there is no response from their side. It is really disappointing that company like reliance retail is selling inferior quality products and is not accepting any responsibility to rectify their fault. I want my money refunded with 50% interest on same as this have caused me lot of mental agony, social embarrassment and wastage of resources. Till now I have not received any response from Reliance Digital. See how poor response these people are having!!
Reliance digital has pathetic record. They often sell fake products. pl check with beats. Reliance must have sold you fake chinese product and have charged you premium for the brand name.
Don't leave in between. Such cheap acts must be punished severely.

It has been close to 02 weeks now but Reliance people have simply failed to even respond. I have not receive a single call from reliance customer care!!! is this how they handle customers?
It is more than 03 weeks now but Reliance Digital has not bothered to call and resolve the complaint. It shows clearly that Reliance Digital has accepted the inferior quality products that they are selling and cheating people. Shame Shame Shame Reliance.

Its really bad..It is almost year and Reliance digital has not even contacted you.. Surely these were not the values Late Mr. Ambani envisioned in this company...
