Reliance Retail Limited — Washing machine under warranty - service call not attended for more than 20 days

We came across water inlet problem in the Reliance ReConnect (RHWTG) washing machine on 06.05.2016 & we have placed our complaint on the Reliance Digital customer care number ([protected]) on the same day. The next day itself, the service engineer attended the complaint & informed that the fault is due to the mother board & they need to replace the same. He also checked with the local stores for the parts & informed us that the same was available. He then visited (after so many follow up calls with the customer care) after 1 week or 10 days with the parts. But the same was faulty & informed that he will come back with the working spare parts. We have been continuously calling the customer care & the local service center at Kilpauk, Chennai (Ph.:[protected]. At last on 25.05.2016 evening, we got the feedback from the local service center that the spare parts are available & as the stores is closed during Sundays, the engineer will visit us on Monday (27.05.2016) with the parts. On 27.05.2016, we waited till 4 pm. But no one turned up. We again called the local service centre (as we always get a reply from customer care that they will get in touch with the service centre & come back to us within an hour. Hence we prefer to call the service centre directly) who informed that the spare parts are available. But no engineer & they will attend definitely on Tuesday (28.05.2016). We again waited & we called the local service centre, the engineer. But no response. At last we again contacted the customer care on 31.05.2016 to know that they need 2 spare parts (not sure of the parts - i think it is mother board & a PCB) to rectify the problem. But only one was available & they will attend to the problem the next day (01.06.2016) without fail. There are elderly persons at home & it had become very difficult for them to wash clothes by themselves. Almost since 25 days the clothes are not washed properly & there is a lot of discomfort in the family with the stinking clothes. I have totally frustrated & stressed with the way I get replies from the customer care & local service centre staffs. I am attaching the bill dated 29.03.2015. The corporate companies take the middle class Indians granted. We have bought the washing machine with our hard earned money & we can't allow this any more!!
