Reliance Retail — Regarding Product service and replacement (Product is in warranty) and customer care irresponsible behaviour

On 20 Jan 2014, I bought a Skullcandy Uprock On-the-ear headphone (model no - SK115902X) online (order no[protected]/ purchase date - 20 Jan 2014), from Zoffio.com . So with the product was having one year Manufacturer warranty . But within one year that product is not working properly . Then I called the skull candy customer care and they told me to send it to BRAND EYES DISTRIBUTORS ( PVT ) LTDB-2, Sector-4, Noida Uttar Pradesh - 201301 [India] . After check the product I got a call from Brand eyes distributors, saying that this product this marketed and distributed by Reliance retail limited, so the service and any kind of replacement will be provided by Reliance retail and send that headphone to me back. Then I checked the product and on back of the cover it was mentioned that the product is Market and distributed by the Reliance Retail Limited . On calling the toll free no of reliance retail ([protected]) and they provided me the bangalore service center numbers of J.P nagar and Malleswaram . But both of the service centers refused to provide me any kind of service saying that they don't use to provide any service of this kind . Then again I called on the toll free number of reliance retail, and got the response that visit any nearest Reliance Digital store and you will get the replacement of the product . But Reliance Digital store declined to replace the product . Actually I am calling them form 2 weeks and I am not getting any kind of proper response from them . Then on 15 jan 2015 I called them again and told them that I want to talk to higher management and they patched my call to Rohini ( Store head ) . She talked to me and told me that she needs 24 hrs time to resolve this issue . On 16 Jan 2015 I got a call from and her, saying that she didn't got any update from her team, and she needs some more time to resolve this issue . She told me that she will give me a call on 17 Jan with the proper solution . But on 17 and 18 Jan 2015, I didn't received any call from her . On 19 Jan 2015 (Today) I called on the toll free no of reliance retail ([protected]), and expressed the feeling to talk to Rohini, but both of the times I got the response form them, that she is busy when she will be free, they will arrange a call for me . But till writing this complaint (19 Jan 2015 / 17:05) I didn't received any call from them . And I know that I am wasting my time here, writing all this . Because you people only care about money and nothing else . We Know that you people will take this as simple as we customers are suffering and getting harassment from staff. But from now onwards, I will make sure that If I am buying anything, that product shouldn't be related to reliance, by any means .

No that's was not the resolution. If you are importing any thing and selling it here, then it is you responsibility.
You people are importing duplicate product and selling those duplicate product to India.
I talked to the manufacturer and authentic retailer, and they both told me that it is a duplicate product and we
are not selling this product.
If we are not selling this product then we will not provide any sort of guarantee. Now this comes to the business
ethics of reliance retail, you people are doing business without any ethics and only goal is to make money by any means
