I am a MNP customer for last 3 years. And I have Submitted my photo, id proof along with application form as per your requisition. But when I contacted the reliance mobile shop after a week as directed by the customer care, I was informed that my application was rejected without any reason. Hence when I again contacted the customer care through e-mail, no reply/ action was received. Hence I request you to take necessary action for reactivation of my number [protected].
