Reliance Store — Reliance Reconnect Tab - Broken screen not repaired since team from Mumbai is not responding to the emails | |||
There was a physical damage to my Reconnect Tab. I went back to the Reliance Store in Janak Puri New Delhi on 10th March 2014 and deposited the same for a repair. They said you will get a call from our Gurgaon office and they will update you on the same. They also said that I will get the tab back within 14 days No call was made by them and I was following up with them like a crazy. Every time they said I have just spoken in the Gurgaon office and they will update you. NOTHING HAPPENED. I called them again and again and asked them can you please tell me where is the problem. The executive said that Gurgaon team raised a request for the part in the Mumbai office and they are not responding to the email. ITS NOW 16 days OVER 2 WEEKS AND I AM HEARING THIS. I KNOW I HAVE MADE A MISTAKE TO BUY A RELIANCE PRODUCT. CAN YOU PLEASE FOLLOW UP ON THE FOLLOWING COMPLAINT. HERE IS THE MODEL NUMBER- RDTPF 0801 Was this information helpful? | |||

sirMr Vikram Sharma ASM Amritsar he is not graduate but still in job . How can your HR can allow this blunder .I am Graduate Please see his certificates
