[Resolved] Reliance Telecom — Change my postpaid plan without any information. | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, Ref: My Relaince no:[protected]. I used reliance sim all around 6-7 months and previous month they changed my plan automatically without any information. I call service center but they talks rudely that i cant changed your plan / we already inform you etc. then i decided to change my operator/provider and send MNP Request. after two days they call me and commit me that "we give you your old plan so please do not change your network provider" and give me a complaint no[protected], dtd-22.04.2016 and says that the problem solves after or within 6 hrs. but till date the problem still same. today(07.05.2016) i call the customer representative and give him complaint no but he says that" the request number is rejected and the plan can't change" So please i request you to please take some action regarding this type of fake activities.
