[Resolved] Reliance Telecom Ltd — Tariff not reduced | |||||
To reduce my tariff rates i have recharged my number with rs. 111 on 25.05.2016. But till date my call rates are charged at re. 0.80 per minute. I already lodged a complaint in reliance store but no action is taken. My main balance is reduced from rs. 70 to rs. 20. On complaining about the same to nearest relaince store on lalpur, ranchi, the lady at customer service desk diverted me to their h. O at maroo towers, kanke road.Instead of resolving the complaint. Please do the needful to get my problem resolved and also help me to get my extra amount which is debited since 25th may back.
