[Resolved]  Reliance- Telecom — Server down/ connection not working properly

This is 5th time I am facing the same issue of discontinuity of my broadband connection. Reliance commercial office, Mumbai branch has responsibility to pay all the bills of electricity and premises rent required for their servers. Each time they fail to pay bills on time and local reliance offices can''t help without getting payment issued by commercial office. It''s shame for such a big company to get failed to pay bills on time. We have to suffer due to your lack of ability to do your job properly. Always it takes two weeks to get the connection back. This is high time.
