[Resolved]  Reliance- Telecom — Unfair Deductions

Address:Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh

Myself Manish Manohar having Reliance GSM sim with number [protected]. Despite of having Net GPRS active, they deducted 170Rs from talk time balance within two days span of 22nd and 23rd May, 2014. Even after repeated call (made on 23rd, 25th and 26th May, 2014) they are unable to provide the complete details as when and how much money was deducted because it was deducted in bits and pieces. They registered my complain vide ref. no.[protected] and[protected] saying that the total amount is coming to approx 130Rs only (actual amount deducted was 170Rs). After that they refunded only 13Rs and closed the complain saying as per their calculation this is the total amount. I want that they must immediately address the issue by calculating the total net usage between 22nd and 23rd May, by which they can get the actual amount which was deducted; and refund that amount at the earliest.

Today I got a call on behalf of Reliance from some external agency saying that they are doing some survey. She asked me that whether I gave a complain on 28th May 2014 or not. I said yes and then started to explain her from the beginning. But in half way only she told No, its not relevant and disconnected the call. Its really pathetic and idiotic that customer care itself is not ready to listen the complain. Dear RCOMcare, please resolve my complain o[censored]NFARE DEDUCTION at the earliest and teach your team that how to address customer complain.
